"Order was fine, but customs caught me off guard"
The order itself arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. But then I got hit with an extra customs fee I wasn’t really expecting, and at that point I kind of felt trapped because I had to pay it to get my package. Not a terrible experience, just a bit annoying.

"Not really worth it anymore"
I’ve noticed the prices seem to jump up before the discounts are applied, so the deals don’t feel like real savings anymore. It actually makes me think twice about buying, because it just doesn’t feel worth it now

"Lots of good options"
I’ve ordered from them a few times now, maybe since last spring or around then, and I really like how much they have. It’s not just protein stuff, but snacks, vitamins, and a bunch of other things too. I can usually find what I’m looking for easily, and there’s almost always a few new things I end up wanting to try

I’ve ordered a couple of supplements from gymbeam, and from what I remember, it was a mixed experience. The protein was fine, tasted decent and mixed well enough, nothing really to complain about there. The pre-workout, though, didn’t leave much of an impression on me. I don’t remember feeling a big boost or anything, so maybe it just wasn’t the right one for me. Delivery was about what I expected, and the prices seemed fair. Overall, not bad, but based on my experience so far, I wouldn’t say I was blown away.

"Kind of Hit or Miss on the Packaging"
My order showed up on time, so that part was good. The box was crushed though, and one of the items had dented packaging. The product itself seems fine, but the packing could definitely be better. Overall, a bit hit or miss

"The emails are surprisingly helpful"
I usually ignore store emails because they pile up so fast, but these have actually been useful, with decent deals showing up often enough to be worth opening, and they don’t feel too spammy or annoying like a lot of other promo emails do.

"Refund took way too long"
I returned my order to gymbeam and it was way more hassle than it should’ve been. I was waiting ages for the refund, and every time I contacted support the replies were super short with no clear date or proper update. I had to chase them a couple of times, which got annoying tbh. Returns really shoudln’t be this complicated.

"Got in eventually, but login could be smoother"
In the end, I was able to get into my account, but the login part took me a few tries. Signing up itself was straightforward and went fine, so it was just a bit frustrating that logging in wasn’t as smooth afterward.

"Didn’t sit right with me"
I tried this protein hoping it would be an easy addition to my routine, but it seriously messed with my stomach. I was bloated all evening and had cramps and gas, which makes me wonder what they’re putting in it that my body reacted to so badly. Maybe other people do fine with it, but for me the digestion side was awful. I definitely won’t be ordering it again.

"Clumps. Every time."
I really wanted this to work, but nope. I tried mixing it with water and milk, used both a shaker and a blender, and it still ended up clumpy. The texture was gritty and oddly thick, which made it unpleasant to drink. Taste was okay, I guess, but getting through a serving felt like a chore. Disappointing. I won’t be ordering it again.

"Pretty good order updates overall"
I ordered from Gymbeam the tracking was clear enough for me. I got emails when the order was packed and when it shipped, so I wasn’t left guessing where it was. The delivery did take maybe a day longer than I expected, but I don’t think that’s a huge deal, especially since I could still follow the progress. I’d just like the courier updates to come through a bit faster next time. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

"Ingredient info could be clearer, especially at the worst times"
The products themselves are fine, but I really wish the ingredient details were easier to find and more specific. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to check something quickly before buying or using it, and of course that’s when the info feels vague or buried. Not a bad experience overall, just annoying timing and a bit too unclear sometimes

I ordered from GymBeam i was kind of expecting it to take longer, because you know how these things usually go. But nope, the parcel showed up in just a couple of days. Everything was packed properly, tracking worked fine, and I didn’t have to sit there wondering where my order disappeared to. It was actually nice not having that annoying waiting game like with some other shops. I’d definitely order again, mostly because it was quick, simple, and just didn’t give me any headaches

I ordered from GymBeam and ended up needing to contact customer service about my delivery. They did get back to me and were polite, but it kinda took a few days and I had to follow up twice. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish the replies were a bit quicker when there’s an issue.

I usually order protein and snacks from GymBeam, and from what I can tell, the nutrition info has been spot on. The calories, macros, and serving sizes have matched the labels on the packages when they arrive, at least in my experience so far.
That’s probably one of the main reasons I keep going back. I don’t have to guess or deal with missing details, which makes tracking food a lot easier. It’s a simple thing, but it matters more than you’d think.

"A Bit of a Mixed Bag"
I was expecting everything to be a little more consistent, so it was kind of a mixed experience for me. Some of the items were actually good and I was happy with them, but a few didn’t really live up to what I thought I was getting. Not terrible overall, just not quite what I had hoped for.

i mean, I ordered a few things from gymbeam and was actually happy with how low the shipping cost was. There weren’t any random surprise fees at checkout, and it felt fair considering the size of the box. My order arrived without any issues, so no complaints from me.
